“Snowpoint city?!” I yelled, she flinched “Y-Yeah…” “Snowpoint City isn’t supposed to exist! You aren’t supposed to exist! What I am now isn’t supposed to exist!” I frantically said in a crazy tone. “How am I supposed to live out my dream of being in the United States Navy…” I mumbled in upsettingly. I paced around the coffee table, walking in my new form wasn’t that hard. Front right leg first, left back leg second, front left leg third, back right leg fourth. Not too complex. “I just don’t see how I’m supposed to live like this….” I said, tears forming in my eyes. This huge as hell change was NOT my kind of thing that I would like to happen to me. “You could come with me back to Snowpoint” She said hopefully. The suggestion wasn’t that bad of an idea, after all I am technically a pokemon if you’d like to call me that. I would however prefer to be called by my nickname, Frost.
“That isn’t what I was looking for but okay…” I answered. Her blue eyes lit up when I said that, “Great!” She said excitedly. “I know how we can get home” She looked at me brightly and once again saw my confused face. “Or uh… my home…” She said embarrassed. The door was still somewhat open so we wouldn’t be trapped in here as I had originally thought we would. “Shall I lead?” she asked. “Yeah… I suppose” I said. She nudged the door a little more open than it originally was and headed out. I quickly followed her, not intending to be left behind as I usually am. As we exited the safety of my home I was suddenly bombarded with all kinds of smells and sounds. “Damn!” I yelled surprised. “What?” Blue asked. “Smelling and hearing are on overdose right now…” I said, stunned that everything was so much sharper than they originally were. “Well, let’s keep on moving.” She told me. She bolted across the field opposing my home, and stopped suddenly at the street. “Before we move on…” “Are there regions here?” she asked me. “No, there are states and countries” “But no regions” I responded. “I was just curious at what you meant by the United States…” She said. We continued across the road silently as we reached the parking lot to a church, behind of the church was an alleyway. We walked cautiously towards the alleyway, a bit afraid that someone would try to “Capture” a new unknown creature that was roaming the parking lot of a church.
We walked behind the church to said alleyway, and walked down its stretch of many blocks. Since this was a more unorganized community unlike Britain and Japan and all other countries of that sort, the alleys were populous with teenagers who were most likely smoking tobacco or a joint. Today was quite snowy, so we didn’t encounter that problem. Blue turned sharply at the free mason’s lodge, and there was a small hole. She crawled through the hole and told me that it was safe. I didn’t trust her fully, but I had to take her word. I crawled through the potentially dangerous hole and emerged into another dark alley of some sort. “That was just a tri-woah…” I was stunned, Blue was at my side, but that wasn’t what surprised me. There were pokemon here. Real pokemon. “Whaaaaaa…” I gaped. Blue just chuckled and motioned with her tail for me to follow her. “This can’t be!” “What in god’s name…” I said stunned. “Come on! I’ll take you to meet my family!” She yelled excitedly. “I’m fucking dreaming.” I said, following her but shaking my head at the same time. “Don’t be foul mouthed.” She said sternly. “In the United States you may do that alot I get that, but don’t do it here.” She continued on. “Family?” I had suddenly registered what she had previously said. “Yeah!” “You need somewhere to stay y’ know.” She said, then butted her head against my front leg playfully. “I suppose…” I said wearily. “well then come on!” she yelled, already halfway down the alley. I quickly caught up to her, walking like this seemed to be very natural for some reason. We exited the alleyway onto a brick road, which was filled with trainers and their pokemon. “Won’t the trainers try and catch us?” I asked her cautiously. “I’m already caught…” “but they might try to catch you” She said not hesitating. I looked around at the trainers nervously, gulping. “Where do you live in this area?” I asked quickly. “In the forest, I wasn’t supposed to go to your world though…” “My family won’t be happy…” she said looking away. I however, had gotten upset. I backed away from her and ran away down the brick road past all the trainers and pokemon. Tears flowing down my face as I ran, “I can’t deal with this!” I yelled. After all my adrenaline had stopped flowing I had lost my breath, I finally collapsed next to a red dome shaped building, still crying. Darkness overcame me, and I passed out…
I slowly awoke on my side covered in sheets in a bed of some sort. The lighting was very bright, so I had to squint in order to see. I didn’t know where I was or what had happened, all I know is that I had a headache. I put my paws over my eyes to deal with the brightness and headache. “Ugh…” I moaned. “You’re finally awake…” A female voice sounded. I lifted my paws up to see who it was, It was apparently a nurse that worked at this building. I knew she wouldn’t be able to understand me, “I hate headaches…” I moaned. “He’s awake!” The nurse told someone, I presume it was a trainer that had brought me in here… I tried to stand up, but then collapsed from exhaustion. “Oof…” “Don’t strain yourself little guy…” I heard a male voice asked, by the tone I knew he was a teen. I ignored what he had said and tried to stand up again, I was about to collapse again when I was supported by a pair of hands that grasped my sides. I panicked from being touched by the teen as I did not like to be touched. I immediately shot forward and slammed headfirst into the wall ahead of me. The room was smaller than I had suspected, and my depth perception was off. I dropped down to the floor dazed and bleary eyed, the boy rushed to my side right as I hit the ground. “I know you’re scared, but hang in there…” He said. He scooped me up off the floor and set me on the bed. Tears formed in my eyes as I reminisced on what had happened up to this point. “I have to stay strong” I said firmly. “I’m taking you home... Okay little guy?” He asked me. He noticed that tears were dripping from my eyes. I yelped as he then suddenly hugged me. This teen wasn’t like me, or any other guy I had met or known, but that didn’t matter at all. I was surprised that someone actually cared about me at this point.
I found myself being carried into an area that looked like a lobby of some sort. It was filled with a variety of young kids and their pokemon. “Okay Nurse Joy I’m taking him home…” The boy told Nurse Joy, “Alright David, take good care of him!” “I will, thanks, bye!” he told the Nurse. I was a little embarrassed by being carried as I had never been carried or held before. “So much is happening…” I mumbled, “You’re finally speaking…” the teen sighed, obviously relieved for some reason. “Well, kind of speaking” He smiled. We were walking down a small brick road, and then turned onto a dirt path leading to a medium sized cabin. “I know, you can’t understand me…” I said, still exhausted from the previous night. “Sorry little guy, all I hear is glaceon and its syllables…”
He opened the door to the cabin and he stepped in. I two other pokemon inside the cabin, there was a vaporeon and an espeon waiting for him to enter. “This is a surprise.” The vaporeon said, “Errrr… David?” The espeon asked. “About him…” David said, setting me down on the couch. “I found him unconscious in the alleyway next to the pokecenter” “What else would I do?” He responded to the espeon. “First, catch him. Second, I’ll get his name afterward” The espeon told the teen. “Alright, I guess I should do that… After I release him, you get his name” David responded. He pulled out one of those red and white balls from his pocket. I was not going into one of those… I stood up weakly, “Don’t you even dare put me into that…” I told David. “Take it easy little guy… I have to do this for your safety” He was trying to convince me… “He’ll release you right away” the vaporeon said to me. “Yeah, don’t worry” the espeon joined in. As I was distracted by them talking to me, I was tapped from behind and sucked into the strange ball. I then heard a beeping sound and I knew that wasn’t good. Darkness all around me, pretty creepy. I then found myself standing on the floor, facing the espeon and vaporeon. My legs were shaking badly, “That was horrible!” I yelled at David. David picked me up after I said that, “I’ll take care of you, and you’re not going in that again.” He told me. I just wiggled in his grip until I finally got free, it wasn’t a very smart thing to do however. As I fell my front paw slammed onto a coffee table, breaking it upon impact. The force of me landing on the floor like this caused a sudden jolt of severe pain to run up my left forepaw.
My face made contact with the floor, and I started bleeding from my mouth. Despite the horrible pain I stood up on all paws. “I’m used to pain…” I said, holding back the tears. David lightly grasped both of my sides, but I shoved away from him, tripping over my paw in the process. “Ow ow ow!” I yelled out in pain. Tears were falling from my eyes in numbers. “You need medical attention…” David said to me. He picked me up by my sides. Darkness overcame my vision once again and I fell unconscious again.
I woke up in a bed, this time not at that building with the bright lights. I was in the cabin still, but I was in a bed that I presumed was David’s. I was on my side sprawled out with a bandage wrapped around my left forepaw, which hurt like hell. All I could do was curl up into a tight ball and wrap my tail around my face. “That was your own fault little guy...” David said, crouching next to me. I shifted my position, turning away from him.  David sighed, then put his hand on my side. When I didn’t object, he proceeded to pet me. It actually felt nice to be pet, but I couldn’t succumb to the instinct of a glaceon. David sighed, “I know who you are Jeff…” David said, still stroking my side. I immediately jumped away from him in fear, but then collapsed due to my paw being broken or sprained.
“Espy read your mind while you were unconscious, he told me all about what happened to you.” David continued, I backed away and fell off the bed. I unfortunately landed on my bad paw, “Agh!” I yelped. David picked me up and set me down on the bed again, scratching me in between the ears. “I won’t hold it against you, I’ll just see you as a regular glaceon” I sighed in relief at that, I did not want to be cast out and left to fend for myself in an environment where I can’t live. “I wish you hadn’t of found out…” I said. “You need to rest for a while…” I objected to davids statement by standing up. David probably wasn’t going to let me go anywhere for a while, but that wouldn’t stop me. I jumped off the bed, and landed with a yelp of pain as I landed on my bad paw again. “Alrighty then…” He said. He pulled out the red and white ball, “You’re going in this if you keep disobeying me” He said. I gulped and decided to call his bluff, “You’re not going to get better if you keep moving around” He continued to try and convince me. “I have to take you to the pokecenter” “You’re paw didn’t look too good.” “You can either travel in this pokeball, or I can carry you.” David did actually make sense in a way. My paw doesn’t exactly feel too great. So going to the pokecenter probably wouldn’t be such a bad idea.
Sorry for the little wait there... heh... I focused on this as well as court cases and homework and sickness and other nutty stuff you all wouldn't understand :I
